SHIPPING POLICY

Most items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends). In peak seasons this might increase slightly.

Most shipments are sent via UPS Ground but smaller boutique packages may ship via USPS. You will receive tracking information via email when your order has processed.

Standard shipping is a free on all orders!

RETURN POLICY

We do everything we can to ensure your package gets to you safely and in one piece. We carefully inspect each product before shipping and pack with care. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Fairy Grove Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery.

  • If you receive any item damaged in transit, we will replace that item free of charge with photo proof within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Please email us at thedeerestlifellc@gmail.com.

  • If you recieve an item and you are not 100% percent happy, you can send the item back for an exchange of any item of equal value or a full refund. 

  • You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping and handling within 7 days of delivery of your package. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. 

 

Because of the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned or diffusers that have been used.

Why won’t my tracking information update?
Due to amount of packages at shipping facilities, it can take a longer period of time to get packages scanned. Please use your tracking information provided via email and reach out directly to the carrier if
you are having an issue with tracking your package. Here at Fairy Grove Candle Co., we do not have any additional information other that what is provided with your tracking data.

What do I do if one of my products arrived damaged?
We want you to receive your product in once piece but sometimes shipping is not always kind to our products. Please reach out to us directly at thedeerestlifellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
